Key Insights acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals and agrees to comply with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 as well as to adhere to the Ten National Privacy Principles with regard to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of information and the security of data.

Key Insights occasionally collects personal information for the purpose of fulfilling project requests. Personal information is collected by lawful and fair means but only with the consent of the individual or organisation involved and with the assurance that there will be no unauthorised access or disclosure.

In accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act there may be access to, or alteration of, personal information by the person involved. The information collected will not be passed on to any other party without the prior consent of the individual or organisation. When the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected it is deleted.

Key Insights also occasionally gathers information from businesses and individuals for anonymous survey data collections; either face-to-face, by mail, or by telephone. The information collected is stored on computer with due consideration to its security and is only used for the purpose for which it was obtained.

Reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the information is accurate, complete and up-to-date, and in the case of surveys, all markers or means of identifying the respondents, are removed. When the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected it is deleted.

One example of information we collect indirectly from you is through our Internet access logs. When you access this site your Internet address is automatically collected and is placed in our Internet access logs.

Site visitors may provide personal details for the purpose of receiving a reply to their queries. This information will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided. Key Insights will not add your email address or name to any mailing list.
